In 2019, Roger founded the Government Digital Leaders Network for public servants – a progressive network of social and digital leads
across all three tiers of government who share industry best practices and advocate for change to improve communications and service delivery across the public sector.
Roger is also an active industry thought leader having presented at TEDx, run multiple training programs for the Australian Institute of Company Directors and AGSM, facilitated training and education programs for Federal and State Government agencies, and contributed to media articles on the use of social media across the public and private sectors.
